Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

Shipping carriers may vary depending on the order and destination.

Shipping Costs

Outside of Columbus, Ohio: A $5 flat-rate shipping fee applies once shipping begins on the 27th.
Columbus, Ohio: Local meet-ups are available. Shipping will not be charged, and we will reach out the same day to coordinate pickup details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided.

Digital Products

Digital audio products are delivered via instant download. In some cases, access may also be provided through an email link.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

Once a tracking number has been issued, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us, a full refund will be issued.
